Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives
Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and itinerary planning
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of management
Handle personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
Professional demeanor and high level of discretion
Bachelor’s degree preferred
