• Establish, implement, and maintain an effective ISO 9001:2015 certified QMS.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, and other oil and gas industry-specific standards for all TATCO operations.
• Conduct regular internal audits, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date quality documentation, procedures, and records.
• Develop Quality KPIs and dashboards to monitor system effectiveness.
• Oversee quality control processes for lapping, blasting, cladding, welding, hydro testing, cutting, milling, lathe, and CNC manufacturing operations.
• Implement inspection protocols (NDT, ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, dimensional analysis, etc.) to ensure product conformity.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing and measuring equipment.
• Analyze and resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs), customer complaints, and supplier-related quality issues.
• Evaluate and approve raw material suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers based on quality performance.
• Develop supplier audit programs to maintain consistency in material and component quality.
• Collaborate with procurement to establish quality standards for purchasing components.
• Address customer complaints and warranty claims with thorough root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Implement a structured CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) system to address recurring quality issues.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and feedback analysis.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs for staff at all levels.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 6S principles to optimize quality processes.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across all teams.
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines in all quality processes.
• Lead quality-related compliance audits from regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate quality-related risks to maintain operational excellence
