Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Maintain guest records and ensure all billing and payment procedures are followed
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a guest service or front desk role, preferably in hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
