Business Development Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and develop effective business development strategies.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers in government departments.
• Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT/ICT services industry.
• Demonstrated success in securing business from government departments, military, and police sectors.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of current IT/ICT trends and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
