Key Responsibilities:
Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management
Develop course materials, assessments, and case studies based on current industry practices
Supervise student projects, research work, and presentations
Contribute to curriculum planning, program reviews, and academic audits
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and institutional development initiatives
Engage in research and publish in relevant academic journals (preferred)
Requirements:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
Minimum 5 years of teaching or corporate training experience in HR/Leadership
Strong knowledge of HR strategies, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
