We’re Hiring: Customer Service/Online Order Managing Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Company: Al Baraka Supermarket (Online Delivery Division)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, fluent in English, to manage our online grocery orders and provide top-notch customer service.

Position:

Customer Service cum Online Order Managing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage online orders through platforms like Instashop, Talabat, etc.
Coordinate with the picking and delivery team to ensure timely order dispatch
Handle customer queries, complaints, and updates via WhatsApp, app chat, or phone
Track and update order status in the system
Maintain a smooth and professional customer experience

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience in supermarkets or online delivery is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
