Key Responsibilities:
Support students with learning difficulties, special educational needs, or disabilities
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Provide in-class support and adapt learning materials as needed
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and SEN coordinators
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support with personal care, mobility, and communication needs when necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Education or Psychology preferred)
Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive classrooms
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Knowledge of learning strategies and behavioral support techniques
