Assistant Accountant
Job Location : Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand and document financial needs and pass accurate information to the Accountant or Finance Manager.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative office tasks such as filing, document preparation, reporting, printing, and email correspondence.
• Record and process financial transactions including profit and loss statements, invoices, payment collections, and expense tracking.
• Support in maintaining proper bookkeeping systems and assist in bank reconciliations.
• Update and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all financial records and compliance with internal accounting standards.
• Help organize meetings and manage scheduling for financial reporting and audits.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling financial data.
• Meet tight reporting deadlines and support year-end closing processes.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a related financial discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Male candidates are preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in Bahrain will be prioritized.
