Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to staff
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and ensure follow-up actions
Maintain records of safety audits, incidents, and equipment certifications
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or industrial settings
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification preferred
Good knowledge of local HSE regulations and international safety standards
Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills
