Assist in the sales and coordination of corporate, social, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events.
Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site inspections.
Follow up with clients from initial inquiry to event completion, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Work closely with the Banquet, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
Support the senior sales team in achieving revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the hotel’s event facilities.
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Maintain knowledge of competitors and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures.
