Location: Saudi Arabia(Dammam/Riyadh/Jeddah)

Job Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
– Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems quickly
– Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
– Assist with IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, security)
– Provide end-user support and training
– Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations
– Maintain IT documentation and inventory
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
– Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
– Experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), Active Directory, and Office 365
– Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
