Doha Petroleum Construction is seeking a highly qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer with valid CSWIP 3.2.2 certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the oil and gas sector, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee QA/QC activities related to welding, fabrication, erection, and testing in oil & gas projects.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards (ASME, API, AWS), and project specifications.
Review and approve WPS, PQR, and WPQ documentation.
Coordinate and monitor NDT activities and third-party inspections.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and NCRs.
Liaise with clients and consultants for quality-related matters.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Ensure proper implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) on project sites.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
Valid CSWIP 3.2.2 certification (Senior Welding Inspector)
Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in EPC or construction environments
Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and inspection techniques
Familiar with ISO 9001 and applicable international standards
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Experience in Gulf region projects is an advantage
