Job Location: Ajman, UAE

Ajman University is looking for a female, bilingual (Arabic & English) Office Manager to join the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. This key role involves managing daily operations, coordinating executive meetings and events, supervising administrative staff, and contributing to strategic university initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must be an Arab national
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably in higher education)
• Strong communication, reporting, and budgeting skills
