Key Responsibilities:
Manage, organize, and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Maintain and update document management systems (DMS) for easy retrieval of files
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission, receipt, and processing of documents
Monitor document version control and maintain records of changes made to documents
Prepare and maintain document transmittals, reports, and logs
Ensure proper filing and archiving of both digital and hard-copy project documents
Track and maintain document records for both internal and external project communication
Assist with the preparation of project reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller, ideally in construction, engineering, or oil & gas sectors
Proficient in document management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar systems)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards is preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
