HR & Administration Assistant
Job Location : Qatar
Job Details :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline
• Prior experience in HR and Administration is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities and Requirements :
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
• Coordinate office management activities and supplies
• Help manage timekeeping and attendance records
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners as needed
