Key Responsibilities:
Supervise banquet setups, service, and breakdowns for events.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and event planning teams.
Ensure smooth execution of events and adherence to service standards.
Train and guide banquet staff to maintain high-quality service.
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of banquet or F&B supervisory experience.
Currently based in the UAE.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
