Admin Cum Accountant
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key responsibilities :
• Tracking of work orders and job completion reports
• Following up on job completion certificates, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and goods received notes for completed work orders
• Raising invoices for completed jobs. Preparing accrued income analysis every month for work partially completed.
• Checking invoices for subcontractors and ensuring they are correct before submitting for payment to the head office.
• Ensure adequate inventory is maintained at the site. Timely recording of GRN's and SIV's in the system to update inventory records.
• Preparing monthly profit and loss report for the site.
