HR Coordinator
Job Location :Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Prepare and process payroll, leave requests, and attendance records.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in visa processing, work permits, and labor law compliance.
• Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
• Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
• Assist in handling exit procedures, final settlements, and clearance processes.
• Organize and maintain HR files, reports, and documentation.
Requirements :
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR role (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
