Key Responsibilities:
Inspect RTR piping installation, lamination, joints, supports, and alignment as per Aramco specs
Review and verify all related documents such as MIRs, WIRs, ITPs, and method statements
Monitor and record all fabrication, erection, and hydrotesting processes
Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and client representatives for inspections and approvals
Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions
Ensure all activities follow Aramco-approved quality procedures and safety standards
Prepare detailed QC reports and maintain inspection records
Mandatory Requirements:
Aramco Approval as RTR QC Inspector (must be valid and verifiable)
Strong knowledge of RTR piping systems, installation, and inspection techniques
Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas (preferably on Aramco projects)
Familiarity with Aramco standards (e.g., SAES-L-150) and international piping codes
