Our client is one of the portfolio companies, having been successful in the UK as keey.co.uk, our client has launched in the UAE. Our client helps landlords earn more money on their property with peace of mind.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Manage and oversee a portfolio of Airbnb properties in Dubai, ensuring each is properly maintained, well-presented, and meets guest expectations.
Serve as the first point of contact for landlords, fostering strong relationships and managing their expectations while keeping them informed about property performance.
Handle all aspects of guest relations, including bookings, communication, check-ins, and addressing concerns or issues that may arise during stays.
Use your extensive knowledge of UAE short-term rental laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure full compliance with local requirements and Airbnb policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring that both guests and landlords have positive experiences.
Assist in pricing strategies, promotions, and optimising listings on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and emotional intelligence when dealing with both landlords and guests, providing excellent service and managing expectations.
Ensure properties are consistently maintained to a high standard, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and other property management services.
Monitor and report on property performance, including occupancy rates, guest reviews, and financials, and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a strong track record of positive guest reviews, ideally with experience as an Airbnb Superhost.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in managing short-term rental properties, particularly within the UAE market.
Familiarity with Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms, including knowledge of listing management, booking systems, and pricing strategies.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with both landlords and guests.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Previous experience as an Airbnb Superhost is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Dubai's property market and short-term rental regulations is a plus.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
