Our client is a Dubai-based real estate agency, is expanding its operations into Qatar and is actively hiring motivated and multilingual Property Specialists to join its growing team.
The Job
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Dubai off-plan properties from top developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, Danube etc.)
Handle and convert inbound inquiries from various lead sources (online, phone, events, etc.)
Present project details, payment plans, investment highlights, and ROI analysis to potential clients
Maintain strong knowledge of property launches, project updates, market trends, and developer promotions
Guide clients from initial inquiry to booking, documentation, and handover
List properties accurately on major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.) with engaging descriptions and visuals
Conduct property tours and assist with client meetings and site visits
Use CRM tools for lead management, client follow-up, and sales tracking
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
Knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property market and investment trends
Experience in property listing and online marketing platforms
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Must be multilingual – fluent in English plus one or more of the following languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi/Urdu, Chinese, or French)
