Location: Doha, Qatar [Onsite]
Key Responsibilities:
• Extensive knowledge in system administration and servers, network and security.
• Identifies and analyses complex problems; distinguishes between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions; provides solutions to individual and organisational problems.
•Administer and manage all Client Support Systems, such as SCCM, BMC, Nexthink etc.
• Performs other related work as assigned or required.
• Participate in new project implementations.
• Expertise in IT Technical support and should be capable of handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents.
• Responsible for Change Management.
• 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Experience with SCCM, endpoint protection and encryption are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
