Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue across rooms, events, and F&B.
Identify and grow key market segments: leisure, corporate, government, and international agencies.
Manage online distribution channels and enhance the resort’s digital presence.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales & marketing team.
Build strong partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Work closely with revenue and front office teams to optimize occupancy and profitability.
Represent the resort at local and international travel exhibitions and trade shows.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; deliver regular performance insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry (resort or 4/5-star hotel preferred).
In-depth knowledge of local and international markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency with hotel systems, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
