Training Delivery

Facilitate Training Programs: Conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring content is effectively communicated and understood.
Engage Learners: Use various methods to ensure active participation, including group discussions, Q&A sessions, and real-time activities.
Evaluate Learning Outcomes: Assess training effectiveness and learner comprehension using quizzes, evaluations, and feedback tools.

Program and Module Development:

Ensure Relevance: Ensure training content aligns with organizational goals, job roles, and department needs.
Content Creation: Develop engaging, interactive training materials like presentations, guides, videos, and digital resources.
Program Design: Structure training content into well-organized modules that are easy to navigate and understand.
Customize for Online Platforms: Enhance training materials for online delivery, making them accessible, interactive, and user-friendly across all devices.

Learning Management System (LMS):

Upload and Maintain Courses: Ensure training courses are correctly uploaded to the LMS, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the process.
Track Course Performance: Monitor the usage and completion rates of online courses and make improvements based on learner feedback and analytics.
Update Content: Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they remain current and in line with any changes in policy, or best practices.
Ongoing Support: Provide support and guidance to learners navigating LMS and accessing training resources.

Trainer Development and
Coordination:

Collaborate with SMEs: Work with subject matter experts to develop and validate training content, ensuring accuracy of information.
Provide Support: Offer guidance and support to other trainers in delivering sessions.
Quality Assurance and Continuous
Improvement:

Maintain Training Standards: Ensure all training materials and delivery methods align with the company’s standards for quality and effectiveness.
Gather Feedback: Collect post-training feedback to assess the impact and areas for improvement in both content and delivery methods.
