Are you a skilled production leader with a passion for craftsmanship and precision? We’re seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations at our customized wooden furniture manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage end-to-end factory operations, from raw material handling to finished product dispatch.
2) Supervise carpentry, finishing, CNC, and assembly teams.
3) Maintain quality standards for bespoke/custom furniture pieces.
4) Plan and execute production schedules based on client orders and timelines.
5) Ensure proper use and maintenance of woodworking machinery and tools.
6) Implement safety protocols and improve production efficiency.
7) Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless workflow.
Requirements:
1) 5+ years of experience managing production in a wooden furniture factory (custom/bespoke preferred)
2) Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, joinery, finishes, and materials
3) Proven leadership and team management skills
4) Ability to interpret technical drawings and custom design specifications
5) Working knowledge of production tracking tools and inventory management systems
