Job Requirements:
Diploma or higher degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within facilities or property management
Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee daily operations and maintenance activities
Ability to supervise technical teams and coordinate with service providers and contractors
Sound knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works
Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally
Must have a valid QID and transferable visa
