Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator & HR Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and support human resource functions. This role is ideal for someone who can manage office tasks efficiently while also contributing to employee engagement, recruitment, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory.

Maintain filing systems—both electronic and physical.

Organize company events, meetings, and appointments.

Handle correspondence, mail distribution, and phone inquiries.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff.

Ensure the office environment is well-organized and meets safety standards.

Human Resources Duties:
Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.

Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and new hire orientations.

Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection laws.

Support payroll and attendance tracking.

Address employee queries about HR policies and procedures.

Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination.

Support in employee engagement and welfare activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Proven experience in administrative or HR roles (2–4 years preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, etc.) is a plus.
