Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines
Design and update menus with creativity and seasonal ingredients
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards
Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
Maintain consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every dish
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in a 4-star establishment
Culinary degree or equivalent certification
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Passion for food, creativity, and innovation
Knowledge of Arabic, Continental, English cuisines
