A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Construction Manager for various projects.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans, specifications, and budgets are met.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software’s Manage and monitor project budgets, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
• Supervise and lead construction crews, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality control.
• Process and manage all change orders and variations to the original construction plans.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations on the construction site.
• Manage the procurement and logistics of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and availability.
• Address any construction issues or unforeseen challenges that may arise, developing and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 10-15 years experience working in the similar role
• Worked in A or B grade construction companies
• Candidate must be capable of establishing a new department/ company with full A-Z knowledge
• Knowledge of Technical, Financial & Administration is mandatory
• Candidate MUST BE FROM Construction background, NOT FROM Consultant background
• Candidate must have Mandatory experience worked in multiple projects that include bigger High Rise & Villa projects
• Candidate must have experience in handling not less than 300 employees
• Candidate must possess a very strong character and personality in terms of running the entire operation
• Valid driver's license
