IT Business Partner
Job Location : Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on landscapes of EC integrated with SAP S4HANA.
• Lead and execute a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations in SF Employee Central, including Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits.
• Manage and configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Understand and optimize business processes related to Core HR.
• Provide expertise in RCM (Recruiting Management) and ONB (Onboarding) modules (preferred).
• Maintain a strong commitment to customer service, proactively reviewing processes and procedures to enhance service quality, delivery, and support.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven experience with EC integration with SAP S4HANA.
• At least 4 end-to-end implementation projects in SF Employee Central.
• Expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Strong understanding of Core HR business processes.
• Knowledge of RCM and ONB modules is a plus.
• Professional certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with mínimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
