Key Responsibilities:
Receive, register, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents (technical drawings, correspondence, reports, etc.).
Maintain document control logs and filing systems (physical and digital).
Ensure proper documentation procedures and templates are followed.
Track revisions, approvals, and document status using document control software.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with document control software (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, Procore, SharePoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of ISO standards and document lifecycle management.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Certification in Document Control or Records Management (advantageous).
