Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations.
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage payments.
Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports.
Support contract negotiations, claims, and risk assessments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in construction or MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of local market rates, contracts (e.g., FIDIC), and cost control methods.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
