Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Optimize campaigns for lead generation, CPL, and conversion rate.
Develop landing pages and lead funnels with high conversion potential.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics daily; adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with sales and design teams to align messaging and creatives.
Run A/B tests and continuously improve targeting and ad copy.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate marketing experience (lead generation-focused).
Strong command of performance platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, etc.).
Proven bility to scale campaigns and generate qualified leads.
Data-savvy with a clear understanding of funnel metrics.
Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented.
