Job Description:
Prepare and present high-quality Japanese-inspired pastries and desserts.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation according to Japanese culinary standards.
Manage pastry kitchen operations, including inventory, hygiene, and team coordination.
Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and maintain authentic Japanese dessert offerings.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in compliance with UAE regulations.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Japanese culinary traditions and sake culture.
Proven experience in premium hospitality or fine dining pastry kitchens.
Passionate, professional, and detail-oriented with a creative approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver authentic guest experiences.
Eligible to work in a licensed venue in the UAE.
Relevant culinary certification or diploma preferred.
