Qualifications:
Diploma, ITI, 12th or 10th in a related field.
Age between 25 – 45 years.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in FM (Facility Management) Gulf region or overseas.
Experience in FM service, O&M, snagging/desnagging, FIRE & HSE compliance.
Experience working in high-rise buildings, malls, hospitals, banks, or similar sectors.
Skills:
Must have FM survey experience.
Basic English and Arabic communication skills preferred.
MS Office knowledge is a plus.
Valid and transferable iqama required.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic: SAR 2000 + SAR 500 (food allowance) = SAR 2500 total.
Medical and transport provided by company.
