Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibility :
• General office management
• Managing clerical tasks such as processing Trade Licenses, Tenancy Contracts, Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, and Employment Visas
• Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules
• Handling invoicing, receipts, and following up on collections
• Assisting management
• Maintaining employee records in both hard and soft copies
• Assisting to On boarding Process
Qualifications:
• Graduation in any field
• 0-1year of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
