Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical panels, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and pumps
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals
• Ensure work complies with FM standards and safety regulations
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Technician
• Background in Facilities Management (FM) – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and tools
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Technical diploma or certification in the MEP-related field
