Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students.
Address behavioral, emotional, and social issues impacting learning.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive strategies.
Implement programs to promote mental health, inclusion, and positive school culture.
Maintain confidential student records and reports.
Act as a liaison between the school, families, and external support services when needed.
Requirements:
Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Proven school-based experience within the UAE.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about supporting student growth and well-being.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
