Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control reports.
Handle interim payments, final accounts, and claims management.
Support contract negotiation and administration.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Ensure adherence to contractual terms and project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction projects (building, infrastructure, or fit-out).
Proficient in cost management software (e.g., Candy, CostX, Excel).
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
