Responsibilities :

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property
• Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties
• Showing properties and conduct presentations to potential buyers and renters
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Market properties to possible buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties, verify them
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Build relationship with main developers, referral agents as well as other brokers
• Assume role of tracking the leads through a database, as well as monitor and track conversion rates
• Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals
• Promote properties through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc

Requirements :

• Proven track of successful sales record
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Presentable and smart
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s licence
• Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and I, etc.)
• Excellent communication and self management skills
• Minimum 2-year experience in Real Estate is a must
• Self driven and ambitious attitude
• Driving license
