Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects within facilities.
Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues.
Manage project timelines and budgets.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in facilities management.
Professional engineering license is a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local codes.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
