Lead the Human Resources department, developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent in alignment with the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Develop compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.
Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Stay updated on employment law and HR best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Director, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
