Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the reservation team to ensure efficient handling of bookings.
Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures.
Coordinate with sales, front desk, and other departments to optimize room occupancy.
Monitor reservation trends and prepare reports for management.
Handle complex or VIP reservations and special requests.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of reservation systems.
Address guest inquiries and resolve booking issues promptly.
Maintain high standards of guest confidentiality and data security.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Reservation Manager or similar role in luxury hotels.
Excellent knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with transferable QID / NOC.
