Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain guest confidentiality and security.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.
Process payments and handle billing accurately.
Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in front desk or guest services in a luxury hotel setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Strong customer service orientation.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with transferable QID / NOC.
