Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for Arabic-speaking positions.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in onboarding, training, and orientation programs.
Address employee inquiries and provide HR support.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies.
Prepare HR reports and documentation.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with management to address HR issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with transferable QID / NOC.
