Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review MEP project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.
Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Assist in procurement activities and material management.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP project management or coordination.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design, and construction processes.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant software.
