The Senior QA/QC Engineer will oversee quality assurance and control activities for offplot facilities, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement QA/QC plans specific to offplot facilities.
Conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance of fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities.
Review and verify technical documentation, including drawings, procedures, and test reports.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with project safety, health, and environmental standards.
Prepare quality reports and documentation for client and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

Around 15 years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas projects, specifically for offplot facilities.
Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, API, ASTM).
Experience in fabrication, installation, and commissioning of offplot facilities.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline; QA/QC certifications preferred.
