Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures.
Conduct safety audits and inspections.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks.
Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
Promote safety awareness among all personnel.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Safety Officer in Oil & Gas or industrial maintenance.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and accident investigation.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to conduct safety training and awareness programs.
