Mandatory Requirements:
– Must be in currently in UAE
– Immediate joiner is strongly preferred
– Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety/hygiene roles, in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
– Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, or Dubai Municipality Food Safety Training)
– Experience working with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and audits is often required.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
– Strong understanding of HACCP principles, foodborne illness prevention, pest control, and sanitation practices.
