About the Role

The RCS Mortgages facilitates the retail lending for the purchase of Home / Office / Self Construction of Homes / Refinance of existing property

What You'll Do:

Carry out visual inspection of company whose owner is availing finance for home/office purchase / refinance / buyout. The duties of a field inspector include driving to a location, performing a visual inspection, taking photos and writing a report on business units based on his observation, discussion with the officials of the company where he visited. In addition, for business visits, staff also needs to credit review and approvals of salaried and self-employed segment.

Productivity:

Handles all business visit related queries from Credit Analyst
Knowledge of Company Structure is must and knowledge of business registering authorities is must
Ability to deal directly with customers/contact person either by telephone or face to face
Prepare Business Verification reports
Maintain MIS on all visits carried out for business verification
Credit knowledge and knowledge on financials is mandatory.
Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and underwriting loans for Self Employed, Company and Salaried Customer within Emirates NBD and UAE Central Bank guidelines.

Compliance:

Ensure stipulated Compliance, bank policies and Unit’s guidelines are followed.
Follow guidelines regarding the use of information, materials, while dealing with customers and interacting with our various employers or entities
Comply with the code-of-conduct without negatively affecting the output.

Service:

Be of valuable service to both external as well as internal customers.
Complete allotted responsibilities by/within the requested timelines.
Respond to external and internal customers within agreed TAT.
Liaise with all relevant stakeholders as and when required.

Process:

Set up process with developers and land departments. Understanding the requirement for each project and working with developers and land department to set up process.
Streamline the registration process to add further value to the bank.
Suggest and competently execute improved ways to ensure that the bank’s interest in registered in the best possible way.
Develop, adjust, and follow successfully any changes to procedures and policies/system.

Show own initiative for sorting and tackling issues.
Add value to the team by contributing in possible ways so that overall team target can be achieved.
Acceptable suggestions to be given for better processes and productivity.

Make self-available for any projects which might be taken to improve the result of the job.
What We Are Looking For
Driving license with vehicle is mandatory.

Educational Background:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance

Experience:
Experience in UAE Mortgage or property industry
Knowledge on analysis of company financials
Credit knowledge mandatory
Knowledge on company

Proficient in English and Arabic language - Written & Verbal

Ability to work under pressure along with good time management skills and adherence to deadlines.
